The hotel has a perfect location within walking distance to all the sights in Old Quebec. You can easily explore both Upper Town and Lower Town, with the hotel situated in the heart of it all. Additionally, there is a lovely roof-top hot tub where you can relax after a day of exploring. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with some even offering a small living room space, couch, big-screen TV, and fireplace. The high ceilings and ample windows provide a boutique hotel feel. The breakfast buffet is perfect to start your day.
The parking can be a bit impractical as it is located in a tiny back alley.

I loved the room - it had a bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. It was attractive and comfortable.
Check in was in one hotel, our room was in another. The ice maker did not work, there was no elevator (tough with heavy suitcases).

We stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Old Quebec City. The location was perfect, as we were able to explore all the sights on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served at the nearby restaurant was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Plus, the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the historic streets. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
The parking situation was a bit challenging, as there were limited spots available and we had to park in a nearby street.

I liked that the room was huge and big with the bedroom, coffee making facilities plus the 2 beds.
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Charming hotel with a great location on Old Quebec close to sites and dining. The room was comfortable meeting our needs. Staff was accommodating and helpful.
The room was generally clean but bits of trash were seen in the corners.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a touristic visit, as it is within walking distance of everything in Old Quebec. Additionally, there is a sister hotel right across the street, Acadia, where you can access additional services. The room was nicely done with new, high-quality decor and the shower was quite nice with hot water quickly.
The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom.

I have absolutely no complaints. It promised what it delivered at a great price for old Quebec.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring both the old and new areas of the city. It is within walking distance of all the major sights, including the Chateau Frontenac and Grande Allée with its numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers cozy rooms with clean and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are well-maintained and provide necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, providing helpful assistance when needed. Guests can start their day with a satisfying breakfast before heading out to explore the city. Some rooms even offer a lovely view of the surrounding area.
The hotel lacks some of the charm and character that one might expect from a hotel located in the old part of the city.

Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed in the double-room, it would probably be small for two people, but was perfect for me. Fridge, wifi, clean showers, good bed.

We had an amazing stay in this charming hotel! The location was perfect, with all the sights within walking distance. We loved the cozy and spacious room, it made us feel right at home. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the nearby coffee house for our morning caffeine fix. a fantastic experience!
The only drawback was the lack of anti-slip precautions in the bathroom, which made it a bit unsafe for our small kids.

Location was excellent Room was clean
Room is small Room needs renovation free Wi Fi did not work. My assumption is that Booked.net buys a lot of rooms, but these rooms were the poorest of the bunch.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance from major attractions like the Chateau Frontenac and Grande Allée. The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and new decor. The staff is helpful and the amenities include a fridge, TV, hairdryer, and coffee maker. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and free access to an Urban Spa. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and bars, making it convenient for dining options.
The walls in the hotel are thin, so noise from other rooms and the corridor can be heard.
